Order Cancellations
If you’ve just placed your order and wish to cancel, please email us at contact@reluria.com within 12 hours.
We’ll do our best to cancel your order and process a full refund. However, if your package has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In that case, you can still return the product after receiving it — see the return policy below.
If your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days. Some banks or payment processors may take longer. If you need assistance, contact us and we’ll provide a refund confirmation.
Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:

Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

All accessories and included materials must also be returned.

If the original packaging is missing or damaged, please use a secure replacement to ensure the product is protected during return shipping.
The return address will be confirmed by email after your request is reviewed.
To start the return process, email us at contact@reluria.com with your order number or proof of purchase. We’ll then confirm the return address and timeline. Returns sent to unconfirmed or incorrect addresses, or delayed beyond the approved timeframe, will not be accepted.
Please note: digital products (such as eBooks, downloadable content, media files, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send us:

Photos or videos clearly showing the issue;

Confirmation that all recommended troubleshooting steps were followed.
If the defect is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or a replacement product — your choice.
After the 7-day period, due to factors beyond our control, we can no longer attribute issues to manufacturing defects.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
